Every man will die,
but not every man truly lives.
The truth is, you're already a good man. You show up for your kids, try to love your wife, and strive to do a good job at work. Maybe you've let a habit or two slide, or perhaps there's something secret that needs exposing. There are a few areas in your life that need tuning up or fixing. But that's not truly living. Truly living, as a better husband, is living a legacy-level life. See, you, my friend, are the chain breaker. And it's up to you to level up.
There are three reasons for this:
You are your wife's ONLY husband.
Of all the men in the world, she chose to marry you. You're her sole source of romance, her life partner, unified as one in marriage. But are you really giving it everything you've got? Are you operating at that A-plus level?
You are your kids ONLY dad.
The words you say to them mean less than the example you set. They are paying attention. They see the small compromises, the shortcuts, and they're learning from your strategies. The strategic moves you make to level up will have a ripple effect on them and their children for generations.
You are the ONE who needs to lead.
Your neighbors, coworkers, other parents—they know you as you are now. But what if you leveled up? What if you leaned in, joined the Better Husband Mastermind, and made this the year of your big leap? What kind of impact would that have on them? How would it help set other people free?
